Each Package Includes- One today marker with a BUS artwork top tab. (can be hole punched to fit your planner)
- 12 sheets dashboards. Thick cardboard paper.
- Yellow trimming guide. Size may vary depending on the package you choose.
Each package comes with a TRIMMING GUIDE that allows you to trim the dashboards down a size as indicated below. Artworks will not be affected after trimming.
- A5W size can be trimmed down to A5 size.
- B6 size can be trimmed down to Personal Wide and Personal sizes.
- A6 size can be trimmed down to Pocket Plus size.

*In situations where longer-than-usual processing time is required, we will send email notifications before fulfillment.
Tracking: We ship parcels via Canada Post/UPS/Purolator/DHL/UniUni. For parcels shipping through Canada Post, once the parcel arrives in the destination country, services will be transferred to the local post (e.g., USPS in the USA or Royal Mail in the UK). For detailed updates, track via the local post website with the same tracking number.
Shipping Cost: Calculated and displayed at checkout.
VAT: If your order is shipped to Europe, VAT will be collected at checkout for smooth delivery. No additional VAT or processing charges should be collected upon delivery.
Address Change: Address changes can only be made before a parcel is shipped. If undelivered due to an address change, the parcel will be returned to the sender, and extra costs will apply to reship.
Combined Shipping: Requests are not accepted during Holiday Seasons (Oct-Jan). During Non-Holiday Seasons (Feb-Sept), requests are only accepted for open orders. Contact us via email (shop@auraestelle.com) or online chat as soon as you place your orders. While we will try to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee combined shipping for fulfilled orders or requests outside business hours.
Missing/Unavailable Items: If items are unavailable due to inventory miscount, we will contact you. If no response is received within 20 days, we will refund the missing item and ship the remaining items.

Please note that this estimate does not include weekends or holidays, and delivery time is not guaranteed. All orders come with tracking updates within 24-48 hours of shipment.
