We felt some of these planners are not up to our quality standard to be sold at full price but are still beautiful and functions perfectly. We decided to sell them at a discount instead of creating more waste to our planet earth.

Tracking: We ship all parcels via Canada Post. Once the parcel arrives in the destination country, services will be transferred to the local post (e.g., USPS in the USA or Royal Mail in the UK). For more detailed updates, we recommend tracking through the local post website with the same tracking number.
Shipping Cost: Calculated and displayed at checkout.
VAT: If your order is shipped to Europe, VAT will be collected at checkout to ensure smooth and speedy delivery. No additional VAT should be collected upon delivery.
Address Change: Address changes can only be made BEFORE a parcel is shipped. If a parcel cannot be delivered due to an address change, it will be returned to the sender, and extra costs will apply to reship.
Combined Shipping: Requests are NOT ACCEPTED during Holiday Seasons (Oct-Jan). During Non-Holiday Seasons (Feb-Sept), requests are only accepted on OPEN ORDERS. While we will make every effort to accommodate your request, we CANNOT GUARANTEE combined shipping for orders that have already been fulfilled or requests outside of our business hours. Missing/Unavailable Items: If one or more items in your order are missing or unavailable due to inventory miscount, we will reach out to you via email. If we do not receive a response within 20 days from our first email, we will have to refund the item and ship any remaining items in your order. Thank you for your understanding.
